Order Processing 1. Your order will normally be processed within 1 to 2 business days. 2. Added to the processing time is the selected delivery time option. Sales Taxes Sales taxes may apply to your order, depending on where you reside. Orders delivered within Quebec (Canada) For all orders shipped to an address within Quebec, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5%, as well as the Quebec Sales Tax (QST) of 8.5% apply.
Orders delivered to other provinces The GST/HST rates that apply in the province where the order is shipped will be charged on the total amount of each purchase.
International Orders Any order shipped outside of Canada is considered an international order. An order may be subject to your country’s domestic taxes as well as custom fees. We are unable to determine what these costs might be.
Special Orders If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, please contact us. We can order almost any items from the brands that we carry, depending on their availability from the manufacturer. All products sold by Altitude-sports.com are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. If a product is defective or breaks due to a normal use during this period, we will replace the item or reimburse you if we can't replace the item. Moreover, a large proportion of products sold at Altitude-Sports.com are covered by extended warranties that stretch over a longer period of time. These warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
