How to order at Altitude-sports.com? How to use your discount code in 5 easy steps Altitude-sports.com will do everything possible to make your online shopping as easy and enjoyable as possible. You can order from the online store or by phone. Of course, you can also visit one of our three stores, located in Montreal and Mont-Tremblant. You can safely order directly from Altitude-Sports.com, our online store. We use a secure server, which ensures complete credit card confidentiality. Visit the Privacy section for details. Here are the steps we suggest you follow when shopping online: - First find the item you would like to purchase by browsing our sections by brand, product or activity.
- Choose the color, quantity and size of the items you want to buy. If necessary, you may consult the size charts at your disposal.
- Then, to add the item to your shopping cart, click on “Add to Cart”.
- If you would like us to begin processing your order, click on the “Checkout” button in your shopping cart. You will see the list of products added to your shopping cart since the beginning of your session.
- If you want to continue shopping, click “Continue Shopping”. Your selection will automatically be saved to your shopping cart.
- Once in your shopping cart, follow the simple instructions that appear on the screen. Methods of payment accepted: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Interac.
You can also order selected items appearing on our website by phone. To do this, call one of our customer service representatives at (514) 495-1111 or 1 800 729-0322 (Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (EST)). To facilitate the process, please have your credit card on hand as well as the names of the products you would like to order, their size and color.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as payment for telephone orders.
Order Processing 1. Your order will normally be processed within 1 to 2 business days. 2. Added to the processing time is the selected delivery time option. Please note that delivery times are quoted in business days. - For example, suppose you purchased a product and your selected shipping method is UPS 6 to 10 business days. You can expect to receive your purchase after a minimum of 7 days (1 business day to process + 6 business days for shipping) and within a maximum of 12 days (2 business days for processing + 10 business days for shipping). We invite you to read about “Sale_Taxes” in our “Delivery” section for more information about the cost, fees and delivery times applicable to your parcel destination. Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation notice by email. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by email of the following: - the dispatch date;
- the name of the carrier who will be delivering your parcel; - the approximate date of delivery. Due to environmental concerns, we do not print an invoice. You will be sent an electronic copy by email when your package leaves our warehouse.
Sales Taxes Sales taxes may apply to your order, depending on where you reside. Orders delivered within Quebec (Canada) For all orders shipped to an address within Quebec, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5%, as well as the Quebec Sales Tax (QST) of 8.5% apply.
Orders delivered to other provinces The GST/HST rates that apply in the province where the order is shipped will be charged on the total amount of each purchase.
International Orders Any order shipped outside of Canada is considered an international order. An order may be subject to your country’s domestic taxes as well as custom fees. We are unable to determine what these costs might be.
Special Orders If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, please contact us. We can order almost any items from the brands that we carry, depending on their availability from the manufacturer. All products sold by Altitude-sports.com are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. If a product is defective or breaks due to a normal use during this period, we will replace the item or reimburse you if we can't replace the item. Moreover, a large proportion of products sold at Altitude-Sports.com are covered by extended warranties that stretch over a longer period of time. These warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

Once you reach this page, you can use your discount code by typing it in the "Discount Code" box and clicking "Apply". You should then notice a change in the price of your order at the bottom of the page.
