All products sold by Altitude-sports.com are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. If a product is defective or breaks due to a normal use during this period, we will replace the item or reimburse you if we can't replace the item. Moreover, a large proportion of products sold at Altitude-Sports.com are covered by extended warranties that stretch over a longer period of time. These warranties are provided by the manufacturer (please allow a 4 to 6 week minimum delay to treat your demand).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a full refund. The article must not have been worn or used, and must be returned (including the original packaging and accessories or any other elements and with the tags still intact) within 30 days of your purchase. You are responsible for the shipping fees to return the article back to our address. If we shipped you the wrong item or if the item is found to be defective, we will gladly incur related shipping charges. If the item is returned without its original packaging or in a different condition than when we shipped it, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct an amount from the total cost of the item. In order to avoid paying shipping fees, Altitude-sports.com suggests bringing your order back yourself to one of our stores (see contact us for store addresses). Whether returning an item to one of the physical stores or sending a package back to our online store, a copy of your electronic invoice and return merchandise authorisation (RMA) are required.

Obtain a Return Form To obtain an electronic Return Form, you must first login to my account. If you have not created a password, you will need to contact one of our customer service representatives from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (EST), to access your account. Once logged in you need to click on the “initiate a return” link. Select the order from which there is an item you wish to return. Select the product you wish to return then click on submit. This will formulate your Return Form. Please print this document and include it in your return. You will also receive confirmation of your return via e-mail. 2. Sending your Return Print your Return Form as well as your electronic invoice and include these with your article whether you are physically returning it to a store or mailing it back. You are free to choose the type of service for the return. It is also recommended you take a tracking number and insurance for the value of the item. That way, if your package is lost or damaged, you can claim compensation. You are responsible for returned goods until they arrive at our location. For the return address, you can use your own label or the one supplied to you by the shipping company you will choose to return the package and indicate the address. Altitude-sports.com 2.b. International Returns You are free to choose the type of service for the return, however please note that we will not be responsible for customs fees, duties and taxes. We do suggest you send it back via standard post including signature. If you are an American customers, we've noticed that sending via United States Postal Service (USPS) tends to minimize the risk of duty and tax fees. International returns may be subject to duties and taxes. In order to avoid these fees it is important that you mark on the customs form that your package is a product return. If you do not follow our returns steps properly, we will charge these fees back to you or reject the delivery. Your return will generally be processed within 2 to 3 business days after their reception at our warehouse. Please note that a greater delay in processing your return may occur during the Christmas and Boxing Day rush due to a high level of orders. We thank you for your patience during these periods.
