Shipping
Standard shipping is offered free of charge within Canada on all orders of $74 or more before taxes and after discounts*.
The expected delivery date is indicated at the checkout before you complete your purchase. It includes the time it takes to process the order, hand it over to the carrier, and deliver it to you.
Once you complete your purchase, you can find all the information about your order in your account, including the expected delivery date and tracking number when available.
If you do not have an account, you can create one, using the same email address you used to place the order.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Allow up to 24h for the tracking number to be activated to follow your order.
Please note that, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
*After discounts and before taxes. Surcharges may be applied in cases where box dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address are exceptional. Our free shipping policy does not include Marketplace items.
Once your order transaction is complete, you'll receive a tracking number in a confirmation email, allowing you to track your package at every step.
Same-Day Delivery is available in the Greater Montreal area for orders placed before 1 PM Eastern. Orders placed after 1 PM Eastern will arrive the next day.
Next-Day Delivery is available in the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Quebec City and other regions of Quebec for orders placed before 2 PM Eastern.
Next-Day Delivery is available from Monday to Thursday in the Greater Vancouver Area before 1 PM PDT, in Edmonton, Calgary, Regina before 2 PM MDT and in Winnipeg for orders placed before 3 PM CDT.
At checkout, delivery availability and options will appear where available.
Electric delivery is available across several regions of Quebec and Ontario, depending on the availability of our delivery partners. Our policy is to prioritize this shipping method, when available.
Like standard delivery, it's free for orders over $74, and takes from three to five days.
Delivery is electric, either 100% or for the last part of the route. This choice is made by our delivery partners according to their operational capacity and infrastructure in place. That said, they're working on complete electrification of routes, which in the future will include transfers between cities, currently carried out by conventional transport.
Delivery fees for remote locations range from $4.99 to $19.99 (depending on the remoteness).
Shipping to remote locations in Canada is free on orders over $200 after discounts.
We apologize that you did not receive your order within the specified time frame.
For deliveries within Canada, Altitude Sports guarantees the promised delivery dates. If the package arrives after the specified date, we will refund the shipping costs paid by the customer. Altitude Sports is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as exceptional weather conditions, postal strikes, or credit checks. Please note that your order may arrive before the promised delivery date.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received anything, please first check your mailbox or parcel locker, ask your neighbors or anyone in your household who may have received the package on your behalf, and check any safe locations where the carrier may have left the package.
After checking, if you still cannot find anything, we will open an investigation with the carrier. An investigation can take between 5 and 10 business days.
If you refuse your order upon delivery, or no-one was available to accept your order despite multiple delivery attempts, or your order is left unclaimed at the shipping courier, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you may incur a re-shipping fee.
At this time, we are not able to ship outside of Canada.
