Arc'teryx designed the Psiphon AR pants for all around hiking versatility, giving them a tapered lower leg for streamlined protection in the alpine. These softshell pants are designed with a rugged, Burly™ Double Weave, which has a four-way stretch pattern for comfort and mobility during strenuous ascents. The adjustable, low-profile metal waistbelt is glove and harness friendly. Lower legs with gussets are adjustable and wear seamlessly with ski touring boots and crampons. The insteps have been reinforced to guard against abrasions from metal edges and boulders.
