is a mix of extra-tough Nylon and a durable rubbery material. A Scotchguard,
water-repellent finish ensures these boots are puddle-splashing ready. Sitting on the robust, ready-for-anything Tract sole, these boots are finished off with a scripted heel-loop and yellow welt-stitch.
