This legendary model of Marinière was designed in the 1930s and to this day it is still made with the same care and attention in the Quimper workshops of the Brest family. The jumper was originally created for student officers and as such it attentively respects the regulations of the French Navy. So much so that it was made the official uniform of the helicopter carrier Jeanne d’Arc during its farewell world tour before being retired from active service in 2010.
