  I'm 5'10" and 175lbs and purchased medium. Fits well, except it could be a 1/2" to 1" longer. Fully water proof. My only complaint with this jacket is that while it's breathable during light activities, if you are doing anything strenuous like hiking or biking you'll likely start to over heat. For an Arc'Teryx.....it's worth the price.

  Great quality and attention to detail. It fits slightly long at the arms, but is totally fine with the velcro fastening. Plus longer arms allow more flexibility for layering.

  Just took this jacket on a weekend trip where we saw about 10-20 ml of rain and it kept me dry all weekend! Breaths well, lightweight and fits great.

  I have took Zeta SL to West Coast Trail, and for rained on hard for 3 days. The shell kept me dry for the entirety of the hike.

  The Arcteryx Zeta SL is the perfect jacket for summer hikes. It is lightweight and totally water resistant. Love the fit as it allows freedom of movement.

  Good enough for almost any hikes, a little too big but should fit better when you wear more clothes inside.
