Perfect bag for climbing and multi pitching. Lightweight and just the bare basics needed for the alpine. The front zipper pocket is perfect for snacks while the hidden zipper is perfect for car keys. Super comfortable on approach and the 30L is big enough to store my sport rack, 70metre rope, harness, shoes, etc with the spindrift collar extended. I prefer this simple and light bag over and over engineering bag with too many pockets any day.
Sac parfait pour le canot, ou les courtes randonnées l’hiver ou sous la pluie.
Bought this for alpine mountain use. So far have been using it for training hikes only. Comfortable on the back, well designed. No complaints so far. Some have complained about lack of side straps. It does have to lash loops on each side, so you can configure something yourself. I am 6'4" tall. Waist belt sits just above where a climbing harness sits. Useful-ish, but would prefer if waist belt was removeable, as in practice, may not use it as it sits a bit high.
