These poles are awesome, lightweight yet sturdy. They pack down very small and can be stashed in your bag for the downhill. They are simply the best for ski touring of splitboarding. Love them!

Seem like solid poles. Easy to assemble and disassemble for quick packing and unpacking. I intend to use them primarily for splitboarding, but I think they will make perfectly fine summer hiking poles as well. The only thing I wish is that they were slightly more compact when folded up in a backpack: the two distal segments lock together nicely but the first segment (i.e. the handle) kind of hangs loosely, so you end up having to pack a nunchuck kind of a thing.
