  Sporty update on the classic Barbour wax

  A light lined winter coat with a more modern cut. Unlike the Ashby or other more traditional Barbour waxed jackets, the Prestbury does not allow for a zip in lining or hood accessory like the more traditional models. It's a good car coat for the city with the usual high end Barbour wax jacket trimmings.

  The Prestbury is quite nice, and a bit of a departure from the boxier, wide-collared Barbours. I might have kept this one if it fit, but it was far too large and they didn’t have a smaller size.

  Perfect spring and fall jacket

  Beau manteau de qualité

  On voit bien la qualité de ce manteau et j'aurais aimé le conserver, mais il faut savoir qu'il est fait un peu grand. Aussi, pour ceux qui ne le savent pas, ce manteau est ciré et on le sent bien. Au toucher on a les mains huileuses un peu, à savoir. J'imagine qu'au fil du temps ça s'atténue. Le fit est bien et le collet est plus beau que les autres manteau Barbour ;a mon avis. Aussi, les poches sont plus subtiles.

  Il est parfait à porter à toute occasion , je dois dire que j’ai commandé une grandeur plus grande que la normale mais cela me permettra de porter un chandail plus épais en dessous . Je recommande Barbour, j’en suis à mon 3e.

  Beautiful jacket, more fashion forward than my tough utilitarian Bedale. Manufactured in Bulgaria not the UK. A bit lighter than the Bedale even with its quilted lining, but looks to be of the same top quality.

  Well made jacket but fit

  Well made jacket but fit isn't very flattering and ultimately is a bit boring. If you're after this style of Barbour the Hereford is a bit more interesting IMO.

  Amazing Jacket

  I love this jacket. The sizing is accurate and it has an athletic taper. I wore the jacket with a thin sweater in -14C and was perfectly warm. This will be my go to Jacket for years to come. The jacket arrived within a few days. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.
