  Great jacket, but not quite the right fit for me

  I was drawn to this piece because of its style — I love the look, and it could have been quite useful at the right time of year. I usually wear a Large in North American brands. After reading reviews before purchasing, I understood that sizing up with Barbour was recommended to achieve a similar fit. So, I ordered an XL. The sleeve length was great, but the body felt very boxy. I had hoped for a slightly more tailored look to justify the price, which is why I ended up returning it. I would recommend this jacket for men whose build suits classic, off-the-rack sizing — not those who typically need Long or tailored cuts.
