  Great Barbour Dog Coat

  This Barbour Dog Coat is great for inclement weather. While not meant to be overly warm it will keep your dog dry on rainy walks. Barbour have thought of everything from the cord coat collar which can be turned over providing more protection to the D ring slit for attaching a leash.

  The XL was too big for our dog, even though he was just barely inside the range stated. Better to size down i think.

  Excellent fit

  My dog likes this more and it fits him better than other coats. He is a tall/long poodle mix of 22lbs and wore a medium. Other coats are often too big around if they fit his length, or don't cover his whole back if they fit around his chest.

  This is a beautiful coat made with quality materials. The belly strap could be a bit wider but nice that it’s adjustable. I purchased L and it’s short for my 70 lb lab and too large for my 40 lb heeler.

  Great quality product. Has all the usual Barbour details and quality materials. Fit a but small. Initially ordered a medium for a Lagotto Romagnolo but had to return it and get a large! Easy return policy!

  I bought a size small for my 9 pound poodle. The length of the coat goes right to his tail and the tie around his waist give him lots of room. Im very happy with it!

  It Is Waterproof

  Purchased a Large for my 50 lbs. Goldendoodle. Could of used more length neck to tail. Going up a size would of given the length but the straps would be too long. It's OK for what I paid. But I wouldn't pay full price. In blustery weather the tail end of the coat can fold over.

  Looks good, fits well, has a timeless charm as well. Prefer it to the tech material dog rain coats. Follow the measurement suggestions on Barbour's website to get the correct size for your dog.
