Right away when you set up this tent you notice the light weight and high quality materails. It has a futuristic feel to it. I recently tested it out on a 3 night backpacking trip and it worked great. I would say for fitting 3 people it's a snug fit- not uncomfortable as long as you don't mind close proximity between sleeping partners. We made it work with 1 small person, 1 medium sized person, and 1 tall and narrow person (me). I wouldn't try it with 3 big and tall people. For reference I am 6'3" (192cm) and had no problem fitting lying down or sitting up inside the tent. The vestibules don't have a ton of room for big packs, but the interior "overhead compartments" are a game changer for storing everybody's clothes. Lots of smaller pockets are available for smaller in-tent items as well. Weatherproofing handled great when we saw some light overnight showers. Love the dark green colour with orange accents. Light weight is fantastic - first time I have packed a 3person tent, fly and footprint all myself without needing to divide the weight between hikers. Durability seems good but I wouldn't try it camping with german shepherds and bricks in a boulder field. Don't forget to pick up the footprint sold separately - it's a reasonably durable material but still quite thin and I wouldn't try it on anything rough without the footprint.

Spacious and livable without compromising its weight and packability. Very easy to set up and it also offers great ventilation and an ample gear storage. Though its thin fabric and durability concern can be a factor, this is still one of the great quality lightweight backpacking tent out there.

Cette tente est à la fois très légère et spacieuse. Elle est facile à monter (très intuitif avec des couleurs différentes pour l'insertion des pôles dans les anneaux de la tente). Elle me permet d'être très à l'aise en position assis malgré mes 6pi 2po. Il reste à valider la durabilité avec le temps car les temps légère de ce type sont plus fragile que d'autres tentes plus lourdes. Bravo pour les nombreux filets de rangements qui sont très pratique.

I bought a Big Agnes Copper Spur UL3 during the pandemic and it was one best tool in my quiver of backcountry gear for the last 4 years. Unfortunately, I left in my car overnight after I arrived home from a trip late, and someone broke in and stole it. The newest version is very similar to the previous 2021 model, with a couple of notable differences. The poles feel a bit more strong, and the connectors for the separate cross poll give a much more rigid connections. The other notable difference is the bag itself, they actually made it easier to roll and store the tent vs. the older version. All and all, not huge changes but why would you: this is the best glorified 2-person tent that is perfect for any backcountry adventure

This tent replaced our 15 year-old MSR hubba hubba and the overall packed size and weight now allows my 50 year-old self to pack and carry all of my own gear without too much trouble on overnight trips. Very pleased that we splurged on the upgrade and very happy with the overall quality and all of the detailed design features
