Bought this tent for solo camping (we have the UL3 for when my wife and I go - it's the perfect size for that). Got this because I like a little extra space and it's really light weight. I highly recommend if you are doing any solo backpacking!
I was looking for a very light 2 person tent and the nemo hornet 2 person felt two small for 2 so we bought this one instead. I'm 6.1 feet tall and this fit but I might be too small if your taller than me. We fit 2 20 inches pad but the tent might dit two 25 mommy. Two regular 25 inches won't fit. It felt quite spacious inside and there's a lot of pocket to fit your gear. Maybe lack a bit of ventilation, we had one night with a lot of condensation.
lightweight and packs down nicely. decent pegs too. little be more fiddly than most free standings, but decnt for the price/weight

Love how light this tent is, unfortunately it is not free standing. The foot box needs to be pegged out.

1er essai ce week-end en cyclotourisme! C'est un palace pour 1 personne, on sera à l'étroit à 2 mais faisable. Grands porticles, beaucoup de poches à l'intérieur de la tente. 2 crochets possibles au toit pouvant servir pour les petites chandelles UCO. Se monte rapidement pour faire un abri avec seulement le double toit et le plancher Tigerwall vendu à part (mais pas disponible chez Altitude)
Used this tent for a 3 night hiking trip in the Scottish highlands and overall we were impressed. It is very light and packs quite small. It is a smaller tent - hard for 2 people to sit up at the same time, but we were very comfortable sleeping and fit our sleeping pads with room to spare. One of the best parts is the huge gear loft (included) and multiple pockets that are great for organization. Our one complaint is that the vestibules are smaller than we would have liked - if you are using this tent for one person, it would not be an issue, but with two people it is tight to fit a backpack and equipment. Set up is easy. If you buy the footprint then you can actually put up the fly and footprint first to keep the tent dry if you are setting up or taking down in the rain.
tested it out in the back yard, has decent space for an ultra light tent.
