Excellent support pour la course et pour tout autre sport, les semelles sont flexibles et elle ne marquent pas. Mes 2 fils portent cette marque depuis bien longtemps et ils les aiment bcp, le seul hic ils ne semblent pas les faire avec une cheville plus haute.
This is my first time using a Brooks shoe for training at this gym, I usually wear ASICS, and that’s probably why I give it a 4 out of 5. I did get a good deal though, and they are comfortable. At the gym I like to run on the treadmill and do box jumps and sled pulls/pushes and the shoes reacted well. It’s hard to tell long term how they’ll last under these circumstances but for now no complaints.
C’est ma 3e paire de Ghost et c’est toujours un excellent choix! Seule petit détail, les lacets sont plus minces et « cheap » que sur les Ghost 13. Je les recommande sans hésiter!
Comfy, fits true to size.
I run distances of 5-9 km 3 to 4 times per week. I'd been running in Asics Nimbus for the last 8 yrs due to achilles tendonitis issues, they were great protecting from injury. I tend to look for deals because my mileage causes me to wear out the structural strength of shoes quickly. What's always bothered me about Asics is that they are very heavy and 70% of the time, the available versions are ugly. Bought 2 Ghost and I'm very impressed so far. The shoe is lighter in weight but offers the same stabilization and support my achilles needs. The bonus is that they were cheaper on top of the fact they are better looking shoe in terms of how the colors are put together.
I bought these shoes primarily for walking and running on paved paths. So far they have been great. No break in time whatsoever. More cushion than I'm used to, enough room for toes to splay, laces don't come untied. They changed my life.
Ordered these for my husband who has spinal rheumatoid arthritis. He is thrilled with them, says they are the most comfortable + supportive shoes for his spine. These are the only shoes he says he will wear. Ever.
