Great boots, well crafted, looks great. Fits my husband large, so I suggest sizing down. Might be worth buying two sizes. Fits his orthotics and wide feet with ample wiggle room for toes - toe box is large. So far, so good. He loves them. Will wait to see if they are effective in winter.

The brown version of these boots are a really nice rich mahogany colour, and much nicer than even the photos show. Overall, the boots are really nice looking. On the first time out, I received a bunch of comments and compliments, especially on the colour. Now, the fit. I'm a true-to-size men's 10 (43 or 44 EU) in nearly every brand I've ever owned. The internet is full of conflicting info regarding the sizing of these, but, after having worn them a couple times now, I believe they fit about a half-size large (with a roomy toe box). When I ordered these from Altitude, I ordered US 10, but when I received them, they are actually a US 9. 5 (43 EU). It looks like Altitude has since removed the US 10 option, so this must have been an error in their listing. With all this said, because I've worn them a couple times, and unfortunately come to the conclusion that they are too big, too late, I am stuck with them. Because I like them so much, I may order a size US 9 (42 EU) to see how they fit, and if they work, I'll keep them and gift the originals to a friend or family member. Live and learn, I guess!
