Delivery fast Coat looks nice The fur around the hood looked like a dead rat. Very surprised by the poor quality of what we thought was a premium product. Could not recommend to anybody and thinking we will return it, or never wear it with the fur trim. Thank goodness it is removable.

I absolutely LOVE this jacket and have been wearing it non stop since I bought it. I definitely recommend going up a size if you plan on wearing a sweatshirt or sweater underneath. I am around 5’5 and have a bigger bust so getting a large instead of a medium definitely helped.
I like the style of Chelsea Parka for Women. So I bought one online as a Christmas present for my daughter and she liked it very much. However, the XXS size was too small for her. I wondered why it was tight when she fitted it, considering the size chart which I’ve referred to points to XXS as the ideal size for her. Anyways, I have to return it and get a size S instead of XS. It turned out size Small is just perfect for her body size and height. I also appreciate how quick Altitude Sports have processed my refund as soon as they get hold of the returned item.

I love the style of this urban looking parka. However, I don't think it's as warm as it says. I would say I feel cold with this jacket when the temperature is around -10 degree outside. Probably should have bought a longer parka.
