  A bit "bare minimum"

  Does well what it's supposed to do: lightweight and waterproof as advertised. It could easily be improved with zippers at the underarms (like others have mentioned), better cuts to the velcro holding the flap over the zipper ("sharp" corners) and possibly more pockets (it only has two). Those two pockets are quite large, but putting items that are too heavy in them (like one's phone) shifts the weight of the lightweight garment and the front swings wildly with minor movement. The inside is lined with a synthetic fabric mesh. This is a jacket that has no "extra" features. It is waterproof and it has a hood. That's about it. For this price point, I think a bit more would be expected.

  Haven’t had a chance to check waterproofing as it’s still winter here, but fit, feel, and colour are good.

  Excellent Everyday Rain Jacket

  Excellent rain jacket for general use, lightweight waterproof and windproof. There are no pit zips, and it's velcro on the storm fly: these are the only two dow sides to this rain jacket. However this is an awesome everyday lightweight rain jacket. The fit is normal and you should be able to wear a fleece or down jacket if layering. I don't think you can find a better rain jacket for the price.
