    Still waiting

Due to the change of new courier for my flex delivery address, the item is still somewhere in transit after 4 unsuccessful attempts. I have texted the drivers telling them to get it before the post office closed in attempt no.1 and no.4. The worker (at the post office) refused to accept it because it was not from Canada Post at attempt no.2 (I have emailed Altitude Sport about the issue, but it went into blind eye/deaf ear. The phone line was full when I called!) and the driver claimed he did not have the item with him due to App error at attempt no.3. My 2nd email to Altitude Sport was still unanswered. Thinking I should cancel the order and get my refund.

    I purchased this bag as

I purchased this bag as a practical way to carry as a backpack and as a regular carry-on luggage. It has roomy interior pockets and find that I can pack quite a bit with packing cubes.

Lightweight & Like the Wheeled or Backpack Options!

I purchased the Eagle Creek Expanse Convertible Backpack primarily because I wanted something light to use on a trip. Being able to carry it on my own and still pack enough for a week’s trip was important. I did not want to struggle too much if I stored it in the over heard bin on a plane (it’s a bit bulky to be stored under the seat). ’m only 5’2 and 110lbs and oftentimes maneuvering luggage is a challenge. I like the option of being able to wheel the piece if I didn’t want to carry it as a backpack. That said, I did find the backpack a bit wider than I would have liked but not enough of a con for me to make a return.

    Day travelling Luggage

My girlfriend bought me this luggage for my daily work trips. It is well made (robust and resistant zippers) and holds enough for one day. Fits perfectly in the carry-on compartment and under seats. Only draw back, it seems to hold less than 30L (when I compare to some of my previous day back packs). Otherwise, very happy by the purchase.

    Versatile, stylish, comfortable

I bought this after looking at Osprey bags that were similar (a brand I really like). After watching a sales person struggle with the Osprey straps and hip belt I decided to order this one online (significantly less than retail in my city). One disappointment: it does not have a “hip belt” as advertised. It has what I would call a “lumbar pad” which is in fact quite comfortable. I decided to keep the bag despite no hip belt because it is versatile, stylish, and comfortable. The same size as my previous wheeled carry-on, this bag will allow me to go short to medium distances between things like bus depots and accommodations in the UK. Would not work for longer hikes because there is no hip belt. But who am I kidding? I’m not likely to go on longer hikes in the way I used to. I love the look and feel of this bag. I am 5’ 3” and it fits me perfectly (small frame). I also like going carry-on only. It has saved me from missing flights more than once now.

    Eaglecreek luggage

Its even better than in person. Haven't used it yet, but have started packing it for an up coming trip. So far, the space is good, backpack straps appears to be sturdy, love the chest strap. Love the bright blue zippers.
