  Very good quality camp/outdoors pants!

  I have previously purchased the Vidda Pro pants and loved them. These are a great upgrade in that they have the highly functional thigh vents for warmer weather. They also have some additional stretch material in the crotch (not a huge difference from the original). I would recommend these pants for use around camp and for general outdoors activities - the vents make them more practical for summer weather, but be warned the material is thick. That being said, they are extremely durable and functional. I wouldn't recommend these pants for hiking, however, as the material is a bit stiff and rough on the legs. For hiking, I would recommend the Keb trousers. I am 6'1 and the inseam is just long enough, so any taller and I would go with the long size.

  J'adore ce pantalon ! Très confortable et non restrictif de quelque manière que ce soit. Pantalon de terrain solide. et fidèle à la taille. La ventilation est un bon ajout pour les randonnées en été.

  Pantalon très solide et bien fait, beaucoup de poche très utile. C’est un pantalon qui est lourd et très ample à la base (avantage ou inconvénient c’est selon) et qui peut être très chaud l’été heureusement il y a des entrées d’air sur les côtés.

  Very well done pants for outdoor or fieldwork. Solid fabric, stretch insets for flexibility, practical pockets. Definitely a bit warm for summer time though. Usually wear 33" and size 50 is perfect.

  Great trekking pants

  These pants are on the heavier side meaning they would be great for all season, except for maybe hot summers. The zips on the side are great and large but note that there is no mesh. This will ultimately release more heat, but would let in bugs, etc. You might get away with wearing these in the summer as the bottom pant leg can ride up below knee and tighten there with the belt clip and unzip you pants. That would be great if you're doing a longer trek and have a few days where you have warmer days but the majority will be in cooler terrain. If you were just looking for pants for the summer, I would advise against these. Additionally, these pants are not very stretchy. There's some stretch material in the inseam/crotch area, but the rest of the material is not very stretchy and can be restrictive depending on the activity. For example, if you're climbing steep terrain and need the flexibility, there's better, stretchier pants for that, Keb, Abisko Lite. Also, these pants are a little on the heavier side if you're weight conscious. They seem very durable and fairly versatile, just not for some extreme cases.

  Love the ventilation feature

  Nice and robust trousers. Built for hard work and hard days on the trail. Love the ventilated double zippers. Recommended for fall, winter and spring. Buckwheat Brown color is awesome and the gusset in stretch fabric makes wearing these pants all day a breeze. I usually wear a 35 jeans, so 36 fits best for me.

  Legendary pants

  Have not put them through their paces yet but like so much of my Fjallraven stuff, expect to have them for many years. I’m a 35 inch waist and am good with the 52.
