  The perfect backpack!

  This is my third Raven backpack. I have worn the last two until they were threadbare. This backpack is comfortable to wear, is a great size, and has lots of pockets inside and out.

  Oddly small and feels cheap

  I have a small frame and the bag felt tiny, like the kids bag, so I don't know if this is truly 20L. The fabric doesn't strike a premium feel for the price you pay. It might be very durable but it feels like a cheap bag I had in grade school. The top pocket is lined with a soft material, but it's a very cheap, thin, and crinkly material. The top pocket also dips directly over the laptop sleeve which is a little annoying. This was a return for me.

  Excellent quality backpack

  Great backpack, well-made and designed. I returned as it was a little too small for my needs - I ordered the next size up. This would be an excellent small work or school backpack, but I needed a little more space.

  Everything you need in a laptop/tablet backpack

  We have 2 of these backpacks in our family, with one being used for past 2 years, and this one replacing a different brand backpack for the same purpose. This backpack is just the right size, and rugged enough to go into the field and extensive travelling. It is water resistant for surprise weather. The pockets and features are very well designed, including the ability to carry a travel mug and water bottle. We highly recommend this backpack: typical well thought out and executed design by Fjallraven.
