  Love the Gramicci brand and wanted to love these pants, but sadly returned. I found with the longer 12” rise (product information is incorrect), the pants ballooned and were too baggy around the hips, thighs and seat. Made for too much extra fabric and made them look sloppy. I’m 5’8” and 154 lbs and bought the medium. While there was a lot of room in the waist, a size Small might work for me but I doubt it will solve the long rise. Other than the fit, the colour and wash of these pants were busdin’.

  So far hearty and comfortable pants! Was between the L and XL and went with XL so they're extra comfortable (as a 5'5 maybe 165 pound person).

  Gramicci has that title and it's well deserved. Great fit and design. Once your use their pants with the integrated belt you won't want any other pair!
