  These are about as dressy as non-dress gloves get, and seem to be built to last. Kind of wish the wrists cinched a bit tighter for my thin wrists, but still warm!

  These gloves are expensive but worth it. Very well insulated, and soft, supple yet durable leather. The wrist strap is also very functional for preventing them from slipping off your hands while carrying things, shoveling snow and such. Make sure to measure and figure out your glove size for the best fit.
