  Initially, I thought these were sized small. However, they quickly felt comfortable and the size medium is perfect for me (31" waist). I bought two pairs with fly. There is a size difference in the length despite both being Anatomica. The solid colour is slightly shorter. These underpants have proven to be the most comfortable I have worn. For years I have been trying to find a truly comfortable pair of underpants with a correctly designed fly. These are the best, they are faultless. I did remove the tags on the interior by simply cutting the label stitching. I wore these for hiking and biking in the Cape Breton Highlands, they were so comfortable that I had my first series of days without any underwear adjustment required. I will be purchasing more pairs as, for me, these are the ultimate.

  Once you go with merino underwear there's no going back. True to size. They eventually wears out in the crotch (at least in my case). Lifespan probably ~2 yrs of weekly washes.

  Bought as a gift, so can’t speak to comfort. But the fabric is gorgeously soft, and the construction is solid (as I would expect from IceBreaker). Bought for use primarily while travelling, so hope they wash and dry quickly…the fly area (and unlike a lot of men’s merino boxers, these do have a fly) can be a challenge for overnight drying in conventional boxers.

  Purchased for my husband. Good reviews on not bunching, and if they do, fabric is thin enough it isn’t uncomfortable or noticeable. Great moisture wicking for outside in the cold.

  I’d recommend sizing up. I wear 32-33 pants (athletic) and I’m a Large in Icebreaker underwear.

  Every year I try to get few of these boxers! They are absolutely amazing! Feeling well on the skin, great for skiing and playing tennis… I find the thinner ones would become thinner with time but my bad for drying them in the dryer.
