Right out of the box, never used, noticed a spot with the ceramic coating coming off. With light fingernail pressure further chunks would flake off. Same other locations. Not sure if poor quality or manufacturer defect. The one I received was not suitable for use.
Perfect size for 2 people. Fits nicely on the jetboil stove i have with no need for screwing it on or using the adapter. It came with the handle coating slightly chipped off at the point where it contacts the pot when closed.
Another innovative product from Jetboil. This pot was bought as a companion piece to the Jetboil Basecamp system that includes the larger 5L flux pot. It rests perfectly on the large main burners and is perfectly happy to perch on the Luna with the pot holder accessory. On our other stoves that includes a Primus Omni Fuel, the pot is similarly stable. The heat distribution ring makes an appreciable difference to boil time and clearly distributes heat more evenly across the bottom of the pot. We feel the sacrifice in volume is worth it for these benefits. It also has the added advantage of keeping the handle of the pot cooler as less hot air escapes from the bottom of the pot. We are pleased that the handle itself provides a positive lock in both its closed position which helps keep the lit firmly in place when packed down and in the cooking position when dealing with hot liquids and food. With a simple squeeze the pot handle easily moves between the two positions. The lid provides the same features as its larger family member, the 5L pot. It is plastic with the same small tab on top which is more than sufficient and importantly does not get too hot to manipulate. The lid has the convenient straining holes. The pot itself is wrapped in a neoprene sleeve that helps to insulate the pot and protect hands while manipulating it. We were a bit concerned about keeping the sleeve clean but it removes easily if necessary. The ceramic coating provides an ideal non stick interior and seems robust and able to withstand the rigours of camping life with proper care. The pot is large enough to store the Luna accessory very comfortably (inside a homemade bag). CSI nesting mug/bowl are too tall to be convenient in this pot if that is what you are hoping for.
awesome pot, love it so much. Nice size and lightweight. Bought it for car camping but now I have ended up bringing it backpacking because it’s so light 😏 you can cook eggs in it and they don’t stick, that’s how good it is.

This pot is the perfect size for all my outings. Everything packs up neatly, it's super light, brings water to a boil super fast and cleans up nicely.
This pot is the perfect size for 2 hungry people. Water boils quickly, and the cleanup is very fast with the ceramic coating. It also works with any stove. Great pot for canoe trips.
Well made, convenient size to use with my Genesis stove
Efficient, I like the neoprene sleeve, it maintains heat and allows to touch the pot. The handle is pretty sturdy.
