  Good boots

  I bought these boots for hiking on local area trails and walking around the neighborhood. So far I have worn them a handful of times and find them comfortable.

  Bottes confortables dès la sortie de la boîte. Bottes qui sont qui sont un peu plus haute donc offrent un bon support à la cheville. Légères et bonne traction.

  A great first pair of hiking boots!

  Purchased for hiking. First pair of hiking boots. I looked up ratings on the gear lab before purchasing. Comfy! My first time using them I only walked for about 2 hours but I could have kept going. My feet were starting to get warm at the 2 hourish mark. I didn’t walk through any puddles so not sure about whether they are water proof or not. I got the 7.5-8 size (I ordered a size down to find the best fit). I typically wear 7.5 to 8 in show size. I would recommend them!

  Best boot for me

  I bought this same boot several years ago and found it fit me the best of all I have tried through the years. The toe box is narrower, which depending on your foot, you will love or hate. It is perfect for me. So my old Nucleos finally needed replacing and I was happy to find they are still being made with a few changes. Two shoelace hooks instead of one and the colour. The fit is as I had hoped, the same. I am hiking the west coast of Newfoundland in June and look forward to comfortable feet.

  Sportiva Nucleo High II GTX

  I bought a half size up from my normal street shoe size to get extra toe room. So far I have only walked around the house in these and once outside. I find them them very comfortable and I like the extra ankle support with the higher boot. The quality feels very good and the Goretex lining feels really solid. My past experience with Goretex has been excellent for long wearing and reliably waterproof. The colour is neutral and attractive.

  Comfy good support

  Needed a boot with more ankle support. These do the trick and the laces stay put. Comfortable right out of the box. Ordered half size larger than normal to allow extra toe room for downhill climbs. Haven’t tested waterproofing yet, but solid build.

  Après plusieurs mois d'utilisation, je peux confirmer que c'était le bon choix pour moi. Elles sont parfaitement imperméables, elles sont confortables, le support de cheville est suffisant. Elles seront probablement un peu chaudes pour l'été, mais pour les 3 autres saisons, elles sont parfaites.

  Excellent boots

  I've typically really enjoyed La Sportiva footwear, so I'm sure these will feel similar. I'm still trying these to see how foot width feels, but so far they feel flexible enough to not cause significant blisters while still being supportive. Only time will tell to determine fit.
