If you're looking for a stainless steel pan, look no further. This works exactly like the heavier version you have at home but lighter and easier to pack. it's best used at low heat, with butter or oil applied after it pre-heats for best results. Pair it with a pocket rocket to whip up an omelette, a stir fry, or some bolognese. 5 stars!

Got the 2 pot set and the fry pan. All fit to together for light weight car camping option. Great use on camp stove.
Lightweight, sturdy, and seems durable. Took this on an Algonquin Park canoe trip and it held up great. Food sticks very easy so be sure to turn your stove to the lowest setting.
Disassembles for easy packing, with the expected high quality and durability you'd expect from MSR. Not necessarily an ultralight pan but the handle is sturdy and locks out well(no flexing!). It also comes with ribbing on the bottom which really helps keep the pan from sliding around on my stove. Overall it's a really solid product, would recommend!
Looking for a sturdy pan for camping that not too thin. Love it and even use it at home
I've only used this at home so far, haven't taken it out for camping, but it's been great so far. I love that you can remove the handle, so it makes for easy storage. Never felt the handle was too warm. I use it on a electric glass stovetop at home. The alpine plates nest perfectly with these.

Bought this to go with our MSR pot set. It serves its purpose - but it is definitely not 'non-stick'! I like that the handle is removable - just have to make sure it stays in the equipment bin so we don't lose it. We were using a cast-iron frypan (car camping), but as you can imagine, it is heavy. This is much lighter, and is easier - even for car camping.
Super Lightweight, great retention and even distribution of heat. good quality materials, and I love the pour notch on the side of the pan to prevent spilling down the outer walls when pouring liquid out. It is a shame however that the handle cant attach to the pan in any way when storing it disassembled. That minor flaw aside, it was a great purchase
