Works!
Efficient to fix a broken pole! Too bad you can’t temporarily fix it so it doesn’t move when fixing the tent. Good value.

Efficient to fix a broken pole! Too bad you can’t temporarily fix it so it doesn’t move when fixing the tent. Good value.
Works well, and does what it’s supposed to do. I have a broken carbon tent pole and until a I get a replacement, this is keeping it together. I will now always keep one with my tent just in case I damage another one out in the backcountry.
Seems expensive for what it is… BUT, if you are in the backcountry and actually need it then it will be worth its weight in gold. Not the kind of thing that wears out. So I have a couple now in my kit and have a bit of peace of mind for future trips.
This will be a pack staple.
Works great in case my tent pole breaks
Haven't had to use it yet, but MSR don't quit.
I’m new to backpacking and read I should travel with a small repair kit. Seems like a good idea! Easier than crafting something on the go and lightweight.
Fit's my poles, very sturdy and lightweight so it's not a problem to keep this thing in my pack at all times just in case. Beats fixing the poles with duct tape
Seems just fine and will do the job if needed. Fits my poles... nothing much more to say really. I'll carry it with me and hope I never have to use it.
Broke a pole on a recent camping trip. Managed to get through with some duct tape but this is much better. Bought this, fixed the pole and it’s almost as good as new. Bought two more to take with me in future just in case.
