I loved the previous version of this shoe. The new foam is so squishy that it felt wobbly under my forefoot. I tried then for one run and was so disappointed that I haven’t had the heart to run in them since. I might try again for an easy run, or as a casual shoe, but probably will end up bringing these to the consignment shop. Bummer, this ultra-cushiony trend strikes again.

The 1080v15 women’s running shoe is so comfortable with the extra cushioning that I’ve been looking for. I was looking for something with good bounce and cushioning to protect my knees. They are better than expected. They are snug in the middle and good extra space in the toe area. I use them for running and walking.
I shifted from my old 880s and these are a different experience: more cushion (as expected) and a little roomier than my old one and the same size. Very comfortable for road running and long walks.
Soft foam feels unstable and it was super tight, low toe box height, and yet heel slippage was crazy.
