  Bought these for my plantar fasciitis to use with my custom orthotics. Made a huge difference for my heel pain during 12hr shifts. Only downside is they get pretty warm after several hours on my feet. I wish they were more breathable for long work days.

  Been buying these for years

  And the first pair lasted daily use as a landscaper and a hitchhiker for over seven years with one patch. Second pair, I grew up some and they lasted five years of dead shows, beach visits, and a lot of walking. You get the picture - eventually they slapped a made in USA on them, when they always were before, had one time price hike of 100$ and the quality has steadily fell since then. They charge a premium now for the name and while they still remain a notch above the hokas and Nike and other fast athletic fashion brands for everyday use durability you will need a new pair every couple of years if they are your daily sneakers and their warranty and dealing with New Balance is pretty awful, but 95% of mine have lasted the timeframes listed above and I still now in the very first pair with a little shoe goo help so hopefully yours will last 25+ years

  I own a couple of pairs of New Balance, I have 306, 425, a couple of pair of 574 that I thought were comfortable but these are next level. I had my eyes on the 990v6 for a while but was hesitant because of the price, I'm used to paying $100-120 for 574's that are comfortable so why should I pay twice as much for a shoe? Then came the Workwear color, I couldn't resist buying them! The quality of the material is higher than the 574's, the sole is bouncy, it's like you are walking on clouds. I read the reviews before ordering and based on them, I ordered a half size down from my other New Balance and it's perfect (I run 10 and ordered 9. 5) they are a bit narrower at the toes than the 574's but are made longer.

  Very comfortable sneakers

  Bought them for mostly long walks, lifestyle and traveling. So far they are very comfortable. I have a narrow foot so I don’t might a little bit of space as my feet swell up quick. Otherwise very stylish, and timeless shoes. Hope this pair lasts for a decade at least.
