I have really high arches and these have good arch support. I also appreciate the deeper heel cup.

These slides while VERY cushioned with load of support are not designed for narrow feet in mind. Sadly, i tried two sizes, and both were too wide leaving my narrow feet slipping and sliding all over the place! I was so disppointed as i REALLY wanted to like these. If you have a narrow foot, the nike CALM are a better choice.
