I haven't bought an ON shoe with a Speedboard for several years now, but I was intrigued by the features of the Volt. If you hated their other Speedboard shoes, this model might change your mind. I found this shoe wasn't as harsh and had great cushioning. I've worn them for a couple of threshold and VO2Max runs and they're much nicer than the Cloudsurfer Next I used last year.

The fits me true to size 9. 5 with a midsole that is firm and responsive. I will use it for daily training to 10 km. Like the style too in black and white!
