  This is an investment I wish I had made sooner! The large size fit me beautifully, with a size 10 shoe and relatively wide calves. They were warm and lightweight, and I was very comfortable with just tights and the gaiters on a -15 degree walk through deep snow.

  These seem to run true to size as per the listing. They look well made and feel really sturdy. I have a size 10 women's hiking boot and got the M gaiters, they fit great.

  J'ai commandé ces guêtres afin de les porter avec mes bottes de ski hors piste. J'avais un médium et un large pour femme. Malheureusement j'ai dû les retourner car elles étaient beaucoup trop larges au niveau de l'attache près des genoux et ce, même avec un pantalon très épais. Dommage car elles sont vraiment belles, construction solide et en gortex c'est juste parfait pour nos hivers. . .

  J’ai des guêtres usées de OR que j’ai adorés depuis des années. J’ai voulu les remplacer par le même modèle mais malheureusement le large est beaucoup trop grand (ma jambe flotte dans la jambière près du genou). J’ai commandé le médium mais la Vance pour attacher la botte au niveau du pied est beaucoup trop courte! Il manque 1 pouce pour qu’ils se rejoignent… Bref j’ai retourné les 2 modèles et j’ai gardé mes vieilles!

  I have used these several times snowshoeing & hiking in the winter. They seem to be of good quality and durable. They fit well, stayed up and kept my pants dry. I was in deep snow over the top of my knee and no snow came through the top or bottom of the gaiters & they were waterproof. The large circumference of the gaiters worked well with my bulky mid-height winter boots as previous gaiters were too tight to go around the top of the boot. I did find the boot lace hook a bit awkward to connect with either the boot hook and/or lace. The last time I used them, I did not bother to hook onto the lace and they still remained in place. I would recommend.

  Too big

  Even if I follow the size chart and bought them to wear over my hiking snow pants they were way too big. I was also worried about the adjustment strap bellow the need. It appear weak. I had to send them back. Too back cause the fabric of the gaiters appear very durable.
