  Goldilocks jacket for Toronto weather

  Purchased this when looking for an article that could handle the bizarre 'one-off' days during fall, winter, and spring, when a rain jacket, winter jacket, spring jacket, or windbreaker just isn't quite right for one or more reasons. This jacket has a roomy cut, without being baggy or ill-fitting, which means anything from a tshirt to a sweater or sweatshirt will look great. The weight is another bonus, and while the fillpower is quite small, the weight-savings is justified, especially when active. Lack of hood is a benefit here, as it keeps the look clean, and it allows wearing of a condition-specific hat. This is a great all-rounder for shoulder seasons as well, and build quality is on par with expectations from Patagonia. It is true you could get a similar item for far less, but this is something that's going to easily pass to my 2 younger ones, and then donated, without any real wear.

  This is such a versatile jacket- great for shoulder seasons. The quality is amazing. Sometimes companies cheap out on kids stuff but this jacket is just as nice as my own micropuff. Keeps my 6 month old warm and she is soooooo cute in it. I plan on buying all sizes as she grows.

  Great for a toddler who doesn’t like the feeling of a hood while in the car seat. Keeps her warm even with just a tshirt underneath. She’s super particular about layers and loves this jacket!

  Needs a hood

  Would be the most ideal coat for spring fall but the lack of hood makes it a no go. Even to keep their necks warm, a hood is helpful. So disappointing as the weight, quality, nice zipper, pink colour is ideal otherwise.
