  Bought it for super windy and damp winter conditions in coastal Cape Breton, NS. So far it’s been great, excellent waterproofing and wind proofing and I love the versatility, I find it’s a bit cooler closer to the hem. Pockets are great, good offers great coverage. I sized up after consulting with Patagonia, bought large (150 lbs, 5’6 with broad shoulders and wide-ish hips). It is a good fit overall, room for layering, and medium would have been too tight.

  Bought as a gift, she seems to like it, but the mechanisms to split the jackets is not a convenient one. Also worried it won't be as warm for deep winter.

  Got super lucky being able to buy it on a big discount. Absolutely love the fact that it has two layers. I can wear just the inner layer during a sunny day and only the shell layer on a rainy day. Wearing both layers on a very cold day.

  I hoped this was going to be great but I was lost in this coat and the collar stuck up to high. Such a great company and wanted to love it.
