  Love the size and water resistance of this pack. I mostly use it as an over the shoulder bag that holds a good deal of stuff - but it also makes a great waist pack with water bottle holders for a hike. Very versatile.

  Well made and solid build, just the perfect size for an outting with two boys. The waterbottle sleeves are a snug for a regular waterbottle but found the short smart water bottles fit perfectly.

  Love how roomy this fanny pack is. I was able to fit a pair of climbing shoes and two rambler water bottles on a recent trip. Ideal for big space and leaving nothing behind. Like all black hole family products it seems pretty bulletproof - just wish Patagonia had kept the shiny material going.

  Perfect for my needs

  Decades ago, I used a “bum bag” (waist pack) all of the time. Apart from XC skiing, I haven’t used one for a long time. I’m happy to use one again canoe tripping. . This rugged mid-sized pack keeps everything I need throughout the day at hand, and it’s not in the way when I portage the canoe. It’s well made and comfortable. I note that others have commented on how the zippers become inaccessible when the water-bottle pockets are used. Hard to avoid this in a waist pack like this, and it takes but a moment to remove a water bottle. Not a big issue for me, and typically, I’m getting a drink anyhow. Water bottles stayed put, but I did limit my bottle to a shorter 500ml Nalgene small mouth.

  quality patagonia material, if you know brand and their bags this wont disappoint! Its bigger than I imagined, but for a guy with kids happy for the space.

  La capacité etait prometteuse, mais la conception un peu décevante. Quand on porte deux bouteilles, on ne peut ouvrir au complet la,pochette centrale. Il manque un ajustement additionnel pour serrer à la taille, si bien que le sac rebondit quand il est chargé. Dommage, car je suis un fan de Patagonia, et j’ai du retourner.

  Amazing little pack. . I have a osprey daylite sling as well and I use both on day to day basis. Perfect for me, and love the color, typical Patagonia quality 👌
