I wanted to start to travel using a backpack vs a wheeled piece of luggage. This bag fits the bill. Very versatile in terms of its sizing - you can make the bag anywhere from 30 to 45 litres. It is super well built and very functional in terms of its layout. It is a bit heavy but for my intended use, this is not an issue. This bag will literally last a lifetime.
Acheté pour voyage en Europe, bagage cabine parfait, meme dimension d’une valise de cabine mais en sac à dos. Il est beau sur photo mais en vrai, incroyable. Beaucoup de rangement. Prévoir des sacs de rangement car si vous voulez quelque chose dans le sac dans l’avion, vous n’aurez pas à tout replacer. Pour moi les sangles de sac à dos sont confo.

High-quality, versatile, and expandable bag. Really durable materials and thoughtful organization. Really like the stowable harness system for city/carry-on use, but it is definitely a heavier bag to haul around. Still love the design and would buy again.
Using it for as a sports bag and travel bag. It fits all my needs and in my opinion is worth the cost for the quality and features it offers. Be aware that the Peak Design website is buggy if you are trying to register the product for warranty - I could not do it
This is the best travel backpack of all time. It is so versatile to meet every travel needs. So many details in the design. Highly recommended.
I spent a lot of time online to evaluate this travel backpack. I had an Eagle Creek 30L backpack which just wore out. I am impressed with the many many features of this pack. It's capacity is equal to that of a carry on suitcase. I love how it packs down to a smaller pack, and love how it is compatible with PD gear (which I really like). I would highly recommend this pack.
Lots has been written - high quality, lots of clever access to the main compartment. For me, the heavy weight and lack of front-panel organization would make travel difficult. Where it shines is a huge compartment with multiple access points - especially clever with a mesh screen from the front-panel. This felt more like a roller carryon for my back rather than a back pack, in terms of features. If you have a tech pouch or other means to compartmentalize things you need, this can work. But can’t deny the quality and thoughtfulness from Peak Design.
Tons of pockets, looks very well made. It looks like it might be too big to be a carry on with every carrier. The shoulder straps hide but the back of the bags stays exposed, not optimal.
Excellent sac de voyage avec beaucoup de fonctionnalités, de poches et très versatile. Le tissu est de qualité et se tient très bien.
