C'est un super manteau ! La coupe s'adapte parfaitement à ma taille.Il est aéré, imperméable et vraiment chaud !La fourrure est de très bonne qualité.Pour moi c'est un vrai investissement. Je le recommande !
I live in the city in southeastern ontario. I bought this jacket about 2 weeks ago. Last week, the wind chill temperature was -15C and this jacket kept me warm. I only had an undershirt and a polo shirt under the Jacket. So I'd think this jacket would be suitable for day to day use. The fit is slightly large. I had to get a Small when I usually get a Medium in thr North Face. I am 170 cm and 75 kg. The jacket has a relaxed fit so maybe that's why I needed a S instead of a M. Initially I was concerned that the fit will be too loose, but I found that to be no concern. In fact, I like the relaxed fit now because I can get another layer of down jacket in pretty comfortably for those really cold days.The fur is also really nice and it helped blocked the cold out of my face. Even if the hoodie is not on, the fur helped with keeping my ears warm. I usually take the fur off but it has come handy when I needed it when I had to spend long period of time outdoor.I had to take 1 star off because I think the jacket could have used more internal pockets. There are 4 external pockets but tere is only 1 internal pocket. I don't really use the chest external pockets because they are not very accessible. The 2 external pockets at the waist level have openings on the side and I am always worried that stuff will spill out of these pockets - these are zippered pockets so it helps. Anyway I found that I needed more (secure) pockets to keep my keys and phones separate and another internal pocket would have really made a difference for me.Overall a really good jacket with a high end feel to it. It will undoubtedly suit most people's need in southern ontario weather.
A good Urban Jacket to me is a jacket where you really don't need anything else if you are in a rush. This jacket really lacks a few details to make it worth spending close to 1k$ 1The hand pockets have no real insulation!!! They are put on the outside of the duck down... why? Just really light fleece. Large pockets meant to hold Patrol gloves as this jacket seems based on a police 3/4 style. 2The hood is horrible. The draw strings don't really seem to adjust to form fit the head at all. It has very little insulation. With a hat its not bad. But as an Urban Jacket... no toque, no mitts, no scarf with only this jacket for more than 15 minutes at anything less than -10 is... lacking. Urban Style... Sub par Urban practicality. Decent jacket but lacking in the little things. Try to close the hood and imagine bare hands in the front pockets when you try this on. See for yourself.
This is an amazing jacket. I am 6'2 and 180 lbs and size L fits me perfectly. Totally wind and water proof. Extremely warm. I walked my dog tonight and it was -25 with the windchill and I felt nothing but warmth. The racoon fur feels very soft when it touches my faces and not itchy at all. I love this jacket. It was a great investment. I am now looking forward to winter activities.The one thing I don't understand is why there are no reviews on this incredible jacket.Thank you Quartz Nature.And for the record, this is my own opinion based on my own experience with this jacket.
