  Je l’aurais gardé mais la grandeur disponible était trop ajustée pour moi. J’ai dû le retourner avec regret. Je m’y prendrai plus tôt la saison prochaine pour avoir la bonne grandeur.

  Perfect layering jacket

  This jacket is everything Rab is marketing it to be. Have used it all season and just wore it on a 3 day alpine adventure mostly above 11000ft. We saw all kinds of weather including rain with high winds and snow. I wore it the whole time and it was always warm even when it got wet. The breathable fleece panels make it super versatile when you need to dump sweat while exerting yourself. If bad weather rolls in just add a windbreaker and you stay toasty warm. The outer shell is rugged and stood up well even to multiple pitches of tight chimney climbing and sharp rock insults. The jacket is light and the hood fit well over a helmet. I'm picky about my alpine layers and this a must have in your arsenal. The fit is also flattering and it looks great just wearing it around town!

  Great for layering

  this is a great lightweight for layering under a shell. I will definitely use year round. Is a little snug under the arms but otherwise true to size.

  have used this on days touring from +3 to -15C and found it to be very versatile - breathable yet keeps you warm when the temp is a little lower. Found it ran TTS.

  Love this jacket! I was on the search for a good synthetic that I could use when it's not super cold out - I have the Patagonia down for when it's colder. The thing I don't like about my Patagonia is that although it is super warm, the cut is not as flattering as others (on one hand, who cares if it's warm, but on the other hand, when you spend that much money on something, you would like it to look nice). This Rab on the other hand has yet to disappoint me in any aspect - it's a lovely cut, I really like the different material on the side and its stitching, and the fact that it has a fleece chin guard (which a more expensive Patagonia micro puff does not have - I know it's not a deal breaker but still). I ordered a size 10 and 12 to try on (I am 5'3 and weigh 145 lbs - I normally get a M because of my hips and my chest). The 10 (S) was actually a perfect size and looked great, but I wanted to have some room for layers underneath - as I tend to wear crewnecks - so I kept the 12. I was worried the 12 would be bulkier on me, but it's still a great flattering size. I find it difficult to find a puff jacket that can zip up comfortably around my hips, but not look enormous in the chest and shoulders. What I also love about this jacket is that it keeps me warm even when I'm not moving, and warms up quite quickly when I do. I've received many compliments on it, it's super lightweight, easy to pack up, and though nowadays high end down is pretty solid with DWR, it's nice to have synthetic sometimes to not worry about it so much.   Great jacket

  Bought this as a second jacket for when its not as cold out. Could be used in colder weather if an under layer used. Great colour (blue). While the jacket was described as 'slim fit' I would not say that it is. I had 'sized up' but had to return and get my usual size.
