  Arc’teryx alternative

  I considered a new Arc’teryx delta jacket but the fabric felt very plastic- like . Chose Rab Tecton jacket and happy with my decision . It is very light ,two hand and one chest pocket , fabric feels like "proper fleece " And is deceptively warm for its light design. But any wind will cut through it without mercy . No surprise there . I’m 187 pounds ,5’10" and tried L and M sizes . Decided for M that is good fit for t-shirt under but no layering. L would have too long sleeves . Rab offers top quality craftsmanship. On its own looks good ( teal colour) and fits under a windbreaker shell making it good for a quick hike or urban adventure . Altitude Sports sale plus membership discount made my purchase a steal ,it total half price of delta jacket. Nothing to dislike

  Fabric too thin

  I didn't care for this product. The fabric is very thin and garment is too long and the sleeves are super long. I can't find a good use case for this jacket. It won't keep you warm in cool weather and is too hot for warm weather. I bought another fleece product from Rab, and the fit was tight a the fabric kept me extremely warm. It is puzzling that both garments is the same size fit so differently.

  Great comfort, slightly long sleeves

  Extremely comfortable and well-made jacket. The overall fit is good, though the sleeves are definitely on the longer side. Still very happy with it!

  Excellent Medium Weight Fleece

  I got this in black and love it. It’s a medium weight grid fabric and perfect for wearing indoors over a t shirt and not overheating. I’m 5’9”, 155lbs and the medium was perfect and true to size.
