  Good all terrain boots

  Just came back from a 12 km mountain spring hike. The boots fit perfectly, nice toe space and cushion support. Very good on rocks, steep all terrain trails and snow, less on ice. Kept my feet dry crossing water puddles.

  Nice, narrow boots

  I have narrow feet and these fit my feet perfectly. But I can see why people with normal or wide feet could have issues. I bought these to replace some Mammut boots that fit similarly.

  Light and comfortable

  Purchased for my partner. He is a size 10 and it fit true to size. He was very surprised of how comfortable and light the boot felt. He plans to wear it on mild winter days so hopefully it will be warm enough with a think pair of socks.

  Question Element Gore Tex Men’s Boots

  These are my daily walking boots throughout the winter and hiking boots for the rest of the year. There is no break in period required and they have great support and traction. Eventually I wear out the soles and this is about my fifth pair. They are good value for a high quality boot.

  Hiking Boots

  Quest are my autumn and spring hiking shoes. Extremely comfortable and provide great foot support. With good merinio sock can be used for winter hiking as well. Highly recommend.

  Narrow and stiff

  While the toebox is surprisingly generous for a Salomon boot, the midfoot section is quite narrow and unaccommodating for wider than average feet. Moreover, I find the sole to be extremely hard, flat and stiff. I cannot picture myself hiking with these boots. I don't understand because I've read many reviews stating they were comfortable, so maybe I'm the problem. Quality construction (hence the 3 stars). True to size.

  Étroites et rigides

  Alors que l'avant-pied est étonnamment généreux pour une botte Salomon, la section au milieu est assez étroite et non accommodante pour les pieds plus larges que la moyenne. De plus, je trouve la semelle extrêmement dure, plate et rigide. Je ne m'imagine pas faire de la randonnée avec ces bottes. Je ne comprends pas car j'ai lu de nombreuses critiques disant qu'ils étaient confortables, alors c'est peut-être moi le problème. Construction de qualité (d'où les 3 étoiles). Fidèles à la taille.
