Would be a great shoe but unfortunately it suffers from the classic Salomon narrow toe box fit that squeezes the lateral aspect of the forefoot, preventing anatomical toe splay. If the usual Salomon fit works for you, this likely will likely work for you too.
They are a comfortable and stable shoe for running the well used, damp trails. If the trail is a bit muddy, they tend to get a bit bogged down and lose their grip. Overall they are a fine basic trail runner.

Replaced my old pulsar trail shoes with these and I'm very happy. Look and feel great. Excellent colors and quality feels good.
