  Useful permanent solution

  These buckles and quite tough! They won't be the easier to click open yet thus far has remained a very resilient piece of repair gear. Having two removable pins means you won't need to cut and sew back your slings that are in simple loops. The fact that the pin is stainless steel gives the peace of mind of something that won't rust under normal circumstances yet is strong and also simple to use. The only thing to need to be careful are these: these are not meant to be unscrewed very often, and if you do I would highly recommend to be very careful with it. The Phillips screw head isn't hardened so using a slightly mis-sized or mis-shaped tool to tighten it can easily bend the shape of the grooves. Second is that the buckle portion that accepts the screw treads are not formed so, the screw kind of cuts its own treads into the plastic. This means that if you unscrew it and screw it back in often without trying to first realign the treats means you'll start cutting more treats into the buckle, weakening it. So a great permanent repair solution, just don't play around too much with the screws! It6's not meant for that but does an excellent job as a replacement buckle!

  Great product, I'm always satisfied with sea to summit gear. a handy replacement/repair item that well made...though a little expensive for what it is. Definitely recommend though maybe wait for a sale

  Great solution for on the fly fix

  Very easy to install ob the trail. No need for stiches, just basic screwdriver. Few minutes to install and you are good to go. I bought a larger one as it can replace a smaller one.

  Quick and easy
