  Useful for exactly what it describes: ultra light ultra packable backpack that still has straps and some durability (cordura fabric) . Packs down to to the size of a fist. Very useful for travel

  Compact and light weight

  Bought this for my China trip and it was well worth it for places the recommended no bags for quicker entry. After the site visit the backpack could be used to continue our day with the need to go back to the hotel. It’s definitely waterproof and sizeable bag for day packing.

  Compact storage, dry carrying capacity when you need it

  I really like the 22L size for getting groceries on the way home from a bike ride or a walk. When travelling, having this for extra capacity is brilliant. Where else am I going to put that extra loaf of bread that didn't fit into the motorcycle luggage! The Ultra-Sil material feels strong and the groceries are dry when coming home in the rain. A small niggle: the storage sack is a bit too small. Even when carefully folded and rolled up, considerable patience is needed to get the pack back into the storage sack.

  Great little bag.

  I had a similar bag from OR in the past. Unfortunately they don't make it anymore. This is a very similar option. Extremely light but big enough for carrying a rain jacket or a few groceries. I fold up very nicely. The teeny tiny stuff sack that this comes with is too small for convenient re-packing of the bag though, but it would be fine for some other very small item.

  Exeptionally Tough and Lightweight

  The usual great quality from Sea to Summit. Material is super lightweight but so far I've found it very resilient with it being packed to its max. I'm not concerned to overload it a bit. Water resistance is super important for me (taking it as a canoe trip personal pack) and that's why a quality brand like Sea to Summit was important (I love their dry bags). I was pleasantly surprised how compact this backpack packs down to. Doesn't have much (if any) structure but if you're buying a packable backpack it's really not for EDC anyway.

  Super lightweight day pack

  Perfect for those trips where you need a day pack but not the added weight of a regular day pack. Easy to use but the compromise is a super lightweight day pack is not the most comfortable to carry if you fill it to capacity in weight. Just use it to carry what you absolutely need for your day hike and it's a great little bag!
