  Great knife however

  There are two things that are concerning, the knife cover only latches on and stays on by friction so if something brushes against it or pushes from the other side it can be taken off which is a pretty big danger hazard. The other is that the bevel isnt listed anywhere so when it comes to eventually sharpening it you have no idea what degree you should sharpen it at.

  Très confortable à manipuler. Permet de couper un pain baguette en fine tranche de façon nette. Un couteau d’excellente qualité pour trancher les aliments.
