These socks were a little on the small size since I was in the upper range of foot size, so I'd say they fit small. They are constructed very nicely with a good toe and foot bed with cushion. I ordered them in another size and love them! Great socks for the winter months on a cold job site.
I love these socks, not too thick but some nice cushion. Smartwool is the way to go.
These were a stocking stuffer for my wife. You can’t go wrong with these classic merino socks. Perfect for hiking, camping or around the house during the winter months.
A bit thicker than my average socks - perfect for my packed out winter boots. The colour is more like a very dark brown my eggplant colour. Very nice.
Minus one star because they are not wintery warm.
These are the best socks for winter. I would wear them every day. They make your feet comfortable, cushioned, and warm but not too hot. They are perfect!

These remind me of old school thick wool socks albeit much softer. I prefer the more modern style with targeted cushioning but they do seem thick throughout and warm.
These socks are my 5th pair of Smartwool socks. They are incredibly comfortable, thanks to the cushioning. They provide a nice balance of support and softness for long hikes or daily wear.
