  Nice jacket but fit very small

  I usually wear size S or M in Smartwool. I ordered M and it was way too small. The length of the sleeves was fine but it is too tight at the waist.

  Warm and better fitted for slender frames

  I've worn this jacket only with a gotetex hardshell and a t-shirt. It keeps me warm when I'm moving in -15°C . I like how there isn't padding around the armpits for breathability. However, the fit is a little bit snug if you have wider hips. If you intend to layer with a sweater, I would recommend to size up. If the jacket is snug, the sleeves on your sweater will ride up and feel very uncomfortable. The cut on the cuffs looks a little bit unfinished and if you have longer arms than average, this may not be the right coat for you.

  Like the colour, the fit and it is very light but very warm. Not too warm, the jacket breathes and let the humidity out. Very happy with my purchase. Good for outdoor skating. I have not tried it yet snowshoing but I am sure it will be good, but have to move!

  Perfect everyday Jacket

  This is a great little jacket, it’s not bulky and easy to wear as a second layer. The wool in the smart loft fill is great as it handles our BC weather far better than down and stays warm when wet.

  Les grandeurs plus petites que normal

  Le manteau est très beau et confortable, surtout avec l’intérieur en laine mérino, mais la taille est trop petite en général car je porte « petit » et j’ai donc commandé cette taille mais le vêtement est très cintré et il est trop petit pour moi. Mais j’ai tellement aimé ce manteau que je l’ai retourné et en ai commandé un « moyen » et j’ai bien hâte de le recevoir.

  Very nice but snug

  I bought this for my lady who usually wears a small to medium. I bought medium to make sure there was space for a layer underneath. The coat fits very snugly so the layer underneath has to be something with a smooth surface to make getting it on and off easier. I didn't try "Large" size because that would surely have been too big. The coat looks very smart and is very well made. It is most suitable for walking and light outdoor activities on a cool winter day, around 0 C.

  J'ai achetée ce manteau pour faire du vélo d'hiver et j'en suis complètement ravie. Avec des couches de mérinos en dessous je n'aie pas froid, avec les couches mince en dessous des bras qui permet une bonne aération et un contrôle de la chaleur lors d'effort physique autant à vélo que pour la marche. Je l'utilise même lors de mes déplacements quotidiens à pied, j'ajoute seulement une veste sans manche en dessous par temps plus froid. C'est vraiment un de mes meilleur achat de manteau à vie !!!
