  Folding Coffee Drip

  11/08/25

This is my go to item that I use to make coffee when camping. The fact that it folds flat and takes up very little room is the main reason I like it. It is also made of stainless steel and it is easy to clean.

Compared to an Aeropress which i have been using for years, the dripper takes up A LOT less space and cleans up more easily. Having said that, if you use hand grinder that nests inside an Aeropress, then size may not be as big of a concern. Taste wise, the two makes different styles of coffee, so it’s hard to compare. The dripper can use #4 filters (with a little folding) which is a plus since I use those at home. It seems to work fine with a #4, but I have yet to use it with a v60 filter.

Best portable coffee pour over solution

Is more packable and easier to setup due to the folding design compared to the other SP dripper.
