  Great sandal. The straps are a bit flimsy (support not super great) but the sole itself is sturdier than other Tevas. Wouldn't recommend these for any crazy trek, but are ok to wear casually and for walks on even terrain.

  I tried the basic Teva sandals a long time ago and didn't feel there was enough support. These are different! These are really comfortable, with good support, right out of the box. I have walked around town for hours in them and all good. Have not done a hike yet in them, can update once I have. This might be the one and only sandal I bring on a trip!

  A great everyday sandle for the summer, as much for walking, easy hikes, or just to wear at the beach. I like the sole on this style - seems solid.

  2nd pair

  So far, so good This is my second pair of Hurricane XLTs. The first pair lasted three years, and then the rubber soles wore though. This new pair seems just as comfortable, but they are lighter weight with a little less "bounce^ in the soles. Need to log more mileage to comment on durability.
