My wife and I decided to buy this blanket instead of a double sleeping bag to save space and be more versatile when car camping. We really like it. We slept with our toddler and nobody fought for covers. It's big.
Love this blanket, it’s warm and also big (88 x88). Great for camping but also around the house
Qualité parfaite!
Ok so I hate sleeping bags. When I say hate, I mean it. Not a fan of being wrapped like a mummy. That's why I picked this down blanket. It's super lightweight, water resistant and the same size as my queen size duvet at home. I absolutely love that because when not camping, I also use this duvet at home on laundry day when my usual one is in the wash.
It’s amazing how small it packed down and how warm it is. Absolutely we love it. It make summer camp so much enjoyable and fall and winter camping so much warmer in top of our double sleeping bag.
As mentioned in various reviews, given fill count is not 800, there are some uneven spots that might play a factor in colder weather. For summer camping, it worked well as an alternative to a sleeping bag.
Very good loft, light and warm. It can be very compact under pressure for a queen size down comforter. Very good purchase.
This blanket makes the nights so enjoyably warm and cozy no matter the temperature.
I've been wanting to try this blanket for a long time. I'm intending it for many years of camping and cabin use. It is really lofty and warm. No feathers are shedding or poking through the polyester shell. It is quite staticky, which I guess is normal given all that polyester!! A pet peeve with this is the greatness for attracting lint, dust, hair etc. and showing up exceptionally well on the lovely dark blue hues... may need to apply some static reducing techniques. Water seems to effectively bead on the surface... keeping in mind I didn't test it for very long to see when, or if, it would eventually absorb. I look forward to trying it out in the dampness of tenting and cooler cabin nights!
